The role requires following production methods, reviewing menus with staff, and assisting with sanitation and housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe food service environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods for service according to recipes and production methods.
• Ensures foods are served at proper temperature and presented well.
• Follows recipes and maintains proper portions.
• Reviews menus with staff to ensure correct content and service method.
• Assists with sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
