St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a dishwasher to support our kitchen operations. You will handle dishwashing, stocking, and sanitation duties while ensuring food service areas stay clean and organized. The role requires attention to hygiene, teamwork, and adherence to hospital standards.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Works every other weekend and holiday as part of the schedule in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience necessary, on job training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• AM stocking in order to be ready for breakfast operation.
• Perform general sanitation (walls, floors, equipment).
• Set up pot-washing area and store pan ware and utensils.
• Receive stock and store properly; check items with supervisor.
• Continuous maintenance and sanitation of kitchen and dish room.
• Sweep, mop and clean areas throughout the shift.
• Practice good personal hygiene and follow uniform policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety and network policies.
