Responsibilities

• Prepares all foods for service in proper amounts with attention to quality.
• Ensures foods are served at proper temperature and presented well.
• Follows recipes and maintains correct portions for service.
• Reviews menu items with staff and notes changes in time.
• Plans preparation for service periods based on recipes and portions.
• Coordinates next day service and informs staff of changes.
• Assists with sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and organized at all times.
