Qualifications

- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert PC and network support to hospital staff.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software including Microsoft Office.
- Provide remote desktop support and keep records of assistance requests.
- Monitor backups and ensure IT infrastructure remains secure.
- Collaborate with IT management and stay current with technology trends.
