Jupiter Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to diagnose, repair, and maintain computer equipment on-site and off-site across our Palm Beach County facilities.

You will respond to help desk requests, deploy desktops and peripherals, test networks, and coordinate with third-party vendors. The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on experience, plus working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, routers and firewalls.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office problems.
• Installing and troubleshooting networks and wiring.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade and repair computer equipment on-site and off-site.
• Receive and respond to incoming help desk calls and tickets.
• Printer maintenance and repair.
• Network testing, cabling and maintenance.
• Setup and deployment of new desktop and notebook computers, peripherals, printers, software, and other items.
• Coordinate support between third-party vendors and end users; perform other duties as assigned.
