Qualifications

• Experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a customer service role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of IT security and data privacy principles.
• 1 year IT Help Desk/Support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond quickly to helpdesk requests via phone and email.
• Create step-by-step training materials with screenshots for staff.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Document internal procedures and maintain daily system performance.
• Assist with LAN/WAN problems and report recurring issues to Tier-2.
