ChenMed is seeking an Associate Field Support Technician to provide level 1–2 IT support for patients and staff. You will assist with PC, server and mainframe applications and hardware, troubleshooting, and ticket documentation in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Based in our Miami area operations, the role involves computer setups, network testing, and occasional travel to site locations. Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills are essential, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent with related experience.
• Minimum 2 years in Information Technology or related field.
• A+ and N+ certifications preferred; more certifications a plus.
• Experience with VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP and Windows Active Directory.
• Prior IT Help Desk or Desktop Support experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provides level 1-2 technical support to customers via research, troubleshooting and ticket documentation.
• Documents troubleshooting procedures and user guides; updates manuals.
• Sets up computers, installs software, tests network connections and ensures proper operation.
• Escalates complex issues to intermediate/senior technicians as needed.
• Supports LAN/WAN and interacts with staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provides afterhours, weekend, or on-call support as required.
• Manages hardware/software inventory and participates in IT projects.
