Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to provide Level 1 technical support for the corporate office and property teams in North Palm Beach, FL. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and user accounts, ensuring timely responses and alignment with SLAs.

Working with the IT team, you will enable associates at headquarters and hotels to deliver outstanding guest experiences by supplying tools, access, and guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 1–2 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support to corporate and property associates for issues involving computer systems, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Respond to support requests by phone, email, ticket, and in person, meeting SLAs.
• Serve as the primary on-site IT support contact at corporate headquarters.
• Provide remote support using remote access tools.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems Administrators or vendors with complete ticket documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
