Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience as an HR Assistant in a hospital setting.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with staffing, staff relations, orientation and development.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and drug screens.
• Maintain data in computer systems and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with payroll data and resolve payroll errors.
• Maintain job descriptions and answer benefits questions.
• Greet visitors and provide front desk coverage as needed.
