Job summary

Tower Health is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to warmly greet and assist visitors, register guests, and direct them through the hospital. This role ensures compliance with policies, issues visitor passes, and maintains a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

The position requires effective communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced health care setting, with an evening full-time schedule including every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
• BLS Certification is listed as a requirement.
• Experience in a hospital or customer-facing setting is implied by duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register visitors and direct them as needed.
• Provide visitor passes and identification in compliance with policy.
• Enforce visitation rules and maintain a secure, welcoming environment.
• Support the reception area with clerical tasks as required.
