Job summary

Parkland Health is seeking a Guest Experience Associate for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am–5:00pm) at the Main Hospital Building. You will greet visitors, provide directions, and serve as a patient/family liaison to locate resources and facilitate referrals.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in healthcare or customer service.
• Ability to provide assistance, answer complaints and expedite services.
• Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent Parkland positively.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and provides directions and information to ensure ease of access.
• Serves as a patient/family liaison to identify resources and assist with problem resolution.
• Coordinates information collection with hospital departments to ensure accurate referrals.
• Provides concierge services and makes transportation arrangements on request.
• Maintains a positive, infection-conscious environment and supports policies and procedures.
