Tower Health is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to warmly greet and assist visitors, register guests, and direct them through the hospital. This role ensures compliance with policies, issues visitor passes, and maintains a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.

The position requires effective communication, strong teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced health care setting, with an evening full-time schedule including every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
• BLS Certification is listed as a requirement.
• Experience in a hospital or customer-facing setting is implied by duties.

Job Summary

Work Schedule: Full-Time Evening Shift, 1:30pm-10:00pm with every other weekend and every other holiday required.

The Guest Services Attendant (GSA) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and others entering the hospital. This role includes greeting, registering, and directing visitors and others, providing visitors passes and other forms of identification, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, enforcing visitation restrictions and requirements, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
