Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge/greeter role preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assesses their immediate needs.
• Manages the first impression of the facility.
• Assists with directions, wheelchairs, escorts as needed.
• Passes customers to volunteers for escorts when possible.
• Verifies destination with admitting or other departments and remains with the patient if needed.
• Maintains smooth traffic flow at facility entrances.
• Assists with parking and transportation arrangements.
• Ensures work area is clean, safe and obstruction-free.
• Reports safety issues to Public Safety Services.
• Collaborates with hospital support staff as needed.
