Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance per codes and CMMS documentation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment with guidance.
• Maintain and repair patient care equipment where needed.
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, pumps, pipes, etc.) with guidance.
• Handle grounds maintenance, carpentry, painting, and snow removal tasks.
• Respond to emergencies (leaks, power outages, fires) as directed.
• Address occupant requests promptly; perform zone maintenance rounds.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Read blueprints and manuals to complete assignments.
