Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license required.
• Less than 2 years in equipment maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills including CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, boilers, etc.).
• Maintains patient care equipment where not handled by others.
• Maintains mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Performs routine grounds maintenance, snow removal, carpentry and painting tasks.
