Trinity Health in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to greet patients and visitors, provide guest relations, and perform a range of administrative tasks in Reception Services.

The position supports a safe hospital environment, with responsibilities including answering calls, guiding visitors, and coordinating transportation as needed. Part-time hours, 24 per week, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Computer/typing skills necessary to navigate Health Quest and the visitor management system.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with diverse group of internal/external callers, patients, visitors and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Respectfully and promptly greet patients and visitors, direct them to appropriate areas, and access patient location information.
• Assist with wayfinding, parking validation, deliveries and information about hospital services.
• Call for taxi or shuttle service for patients/families when needed.
• Assist visitors during emergencies and report suspicious activity to Security.
• Keep the area stocked with supplies and manage equipment as needed.
• Sign out/in radio daily and document changes in the exception log.
• Operate the visitation management system after hours and access Health Quest for patient room information for visitors.
