The role requires a friendly, organized individual with strong customer service and clerical skills, able to use Epic for transport requests and information dispatch.

High school diploma or GED is required, with at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service.
• Able to read, write, and understand oral and written instructions.
• Provides information and direction to patients/visitors.
• Enters patient/visitor transport requests into Epic system.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and directions to patients and visitors.
• Respond to incoming calls and arrange patient/visitor assistance.
• Enter transport requests into Epic system and monitor accuracy.
• Maintain in-person and telephone etiquette; assist shuttle/transport as needed.
• Attend monthly department meetings.
