Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and ensure sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed.
• Monitor resident comings and goings from the building.
• Answer calls, take messages, and route to the requested person.
• Handle incoming calls, make overhead announcements, and sort mail.
• Demonstrate cooperation and professionalism with peers and supervisors.
• Adhere to customer service standards and assist where needed.
