AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Concierge to greet patients, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth. You will manage appointment lookups, assist with directions, and support the lobby team to create a welcoming hospital experience.

Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills. Prior experience in hospital or hospitality settings is preferred, with a focus on safety and patient dignity.

Qualificações

• Must have highly developed social and communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to stay calm and level-headed in difficult situations.
• Computer skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members, patients, and guests in a courteous manner.
• Use the computer database to confirm appointments and locate patients.
• Provide hospitality and concierge services to enhance the patient experience.
• Be the initial greeter in the Main Front Lobby and Emergency Department.
• Assist visitors and VIPs with information and directions.
