Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL, is seeking a part-time Concierge/Guest Services representative to welcome visitors, register guests, and coordinate special arrangements across the hospital. You will maintain service standards in appearance and demeanor while actively engaging with patients, families, and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements include strong communication, a professional voice, and 1+ year in hospitality or guest services within a large institution.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice.
Good telephone skills are required.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
Diplomacy, tact and good judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

All tasks shall be performed in a competent, highest quality, and timely manner.
Conducting visitor registration processes.
Ensures Service Standards in personal appearance and the facility.
Proactively interacts with internal and external customers.
Routinely circulates to ensure the customer service experience.
