University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer the switchboard, and handle mail and deposits in a busy hospital setting. This PRN role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends and offers clerical support across admissions processes when needed.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and at least two years of experience with a multi-line telephone system in a healthcare environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring they sign the visitor log and obtain a visitor pass.
• Answer and disseminate all incoming calls on the switchboard professionally within three rings.
• Utilize the paging system to announce callers as required.
• Provide clerical support to admissions when assigned; collate admission folders as required.
• Assist with miscellaneous patient account folders on a daily basis.
