Qualifications

• Two years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors, answer the switchboard promptly and courteously.
• Provide clerical support, document deliveries, mail handling, and deposits.
• Assist with admissions paperwork during after-hours shifts as assigned and manage receptionist schedule.
