Job summary

University Behavioral Health of Denton is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer the switchboard, and provide clerical support. You will handle deliveries, mail, deposits, and assist with admissions paperwork during after-hours shifts when assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Two years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer the switchboard, and assist with clerical tasks.
• Manage deliveries, mail, and deposits as requested.
• Assist with admissions paperwork after hours when assigned; maintain receptionist schedule and provide back-up support.
