Qualifications

• Two years of multi-line telephone switchboard experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Able to perform clerical duties and provide visitor support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors at the facility.
• Answer and route calls on the switchboard in a professional manner.
• Use the paging system to announce callers as required.
• Assist admissions with paperwork during after-hours shifts when assigned.
• Maintain receptionist schedule and support other clerical tasks.
