University Nursing and Rehab is seeking a part-time Receptionist to manage the front desk and screening duties. You will welcome guests, greet visitors, and perform entrance/exit health screenings at the center.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the facility.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain tidy reception area and supply stock.
• Provide basic information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned.
