Advocate Health Care is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support Aurora Sinai Medical Center. The role involves 40 hours per week with a shift from 11:00am to 7:30pm, plus one holiday per year and a weekend every six weeks.

Responsibilities include performing facility and equipment maintenance, documenting work in CMMS, and servicing mechanical and patient-care equipment. A high school diploma or GED and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in CMMS, building automation, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes and standards.
• Documents work using the CMMS.
• Maintain and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain and repair patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain electrical, HVAC, refrigeration and related systems within defined parameters.
