Qualifications

• 2-4 Years of Experience in equipment maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including CMMS and building automation systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes and standards, documented in CMMS.
• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, and boilers.
• Maintains patient care equipment and medical facility systems within defined parameters.
• Responds to emergencies and repairs leaks, outages, and equipment failures as directed.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and equipment safety checks.
• Inspects and repairs fire doors and firewalls.
• Reads blueprints and manuals to complete assignments.
• Travel as required.
