Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks an Assistant Director of Environmental Services to oversee the Housekeeping Department. You will support the Director, coordinate Operations Managers, and act as the liaison with other hospital departments to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and prior healthcare housekeeping experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, budgets, and schedules with attention to quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads Housekeeping operations; supports Director of Environmental Services.
• Coordinates tasks of Operations Managers and liaises with hospital departments.
• Establishes standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Plans schedules, hires, trains, and evaluates staff.
• Monitors budgets and inventory; facilitates cross-department coordination.
