You will coordinate Operations Managers and serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments to deliver top-tier service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and includes responsibilities from scheduling to budgeting, with a focus on quality, safety, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Solid understanding of all housekeeping procedures preferred.
• Progressive growth in health care housekeeping facility maintenance.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, empathy and decision-making skills.
• Participative approach to managing staff, ability to work under stress, coordinate tasks, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff according to facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and duties to ensure adequate services.
• Interviews, selects, hires, evaluates, and terminates staff per standards.
• Orients, trains, develops and supervises all staff.
• Performs regular facility inspections and evaluates action items; assists with relocations.
• Coordinates with other departments to align housekeeping activities; communicates effectively.
