Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to exchange information accurately.
• Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using established scripts and codes.
• Operate paging and code systems per hospital policy.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and interpreter needs as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely escalation of issues.
