Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Current Food Safety Certification is required.

• CDM or DTR certification is preferred.
• Certificate in Culinary Arts from an accredited Institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, direct and control day-to-day food service operations including scheduling, purchasing, inventory and production to meet regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a culinary resource for the department.
• Ensure patient care quality, budgeting, safety, and HACCP compliance.
