• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, administration, and HACCP guidelines.
• Experience supervising in food service, preferably healthcare.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and staffing.

• Manage Departmental budget
• Purchase, receive and inventory control of food and supplies
• Ensure sanitation, temperature, and food handling standards
• Determine quantities and portions of food
• Ensure adequate staffing and department management
• Coordinate production for patient meals and cafeteria
• Develop cafeteria menu as needed
• Purchase food and assign duties for special occasions
