Belay Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to deepen presence within high-volume hospital and health system accounts. You will be the day-to-day contact, driving test utilization and partnering with the BDE to implement strategic account plans.

You will build relationships with laboratory leadership, clinical operations staff, and patient care teams, addressing barriers and ensuring smooth workflows in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in diagnostics or hospital setting.
• Experience selling into hospital labs, pathology, or clinical operations preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard business apps.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account strategies with the territory BDE to grow test volume.
• Serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for strategic accounts.
• Build relationships with lab leadership, lab directors, pathologists, and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with care teams to integrate Belay testing into care pathways and workflows.
• Identify barriers to test utilization and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor trends and address volume gaps or workflow inefficiencies.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders at priority accounts.
