Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL, is seeking a part-time Concierge/Guest Services representative to welcome visitors, register guests, and coordinate special arrangements across the hospital. You will maintain service standards in appearance and demeanor while actively engaging with patients, families, and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Requirements include strong communication, a professional voice, and 1+ year in hospitality or guest services within a large institution.

• Good communication skills and fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Must have a clear, concise, audible and professional voice.
• Good telephone skills are required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
• Diplomacy, tact and good judgment are essential.

Job Description

• All tasks shall be performed in a competent, highest quality, and timely manner
• Conducting visitor registration processes
• Ensures Service Standards in their personal appearance and the facility.
• Proactively interacts with all internal and external customers.
• Routinely circulates through the facility to ensure the customer's service experience.
• Conducts tours
• Conducts random interviews 'surveys Crossed trained on all entrances, lobbies and waiting rooms
• Providing hospitality services.
• Coordinating requests for special arrangements
• Coordinating the escort or personally escorting guest to their destined areas
• Interacting with all guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Will actively participate in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Associate's [Preferred]

Field of Study: in Hospitality Work Experience: 1+ hospitality, hotel guest services or hospital setting [Required]

2+ years related work experience as a concierge or guest service representative in a hotel or large institution [Preferred]

2+ years customer service experience in a related role required, preferably an acute care setting [Preferred]
