Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Telephone or customer service experience beneficial.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Must be able to navigate multiple computer software systems simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and written.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and connect calls.
• Page physicians and relay information as needed.
• Provide patient information and support physician referrals.
• May serve as Dispatcher for Safety and Security or Maintenance departments and other offsite locations.
