Responsibilities

• Answers calls directed to the Mercy Operator within 3 rings and transfers callers to the correct destination.
• Takes and relays messages for physicians, including paging as needed.
• Monitors alarms and life safety codes; provides overhead paging services; assists with pagers provisioning.
