Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Related experience in customer service or dispatch/switchboard preferred.
• Computer and data entry experience with Word, e-mail, and internet communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone communications between callers and staff.
• Manage paging system and hospital alarm systems.
• Greet the public and provide information to patients and visitors as requested.
• Support Patient Access with related tasks and maintain the master directory.
