Methodist Healthcare is seeking a Communications Operator to professionally answer internal and external calls for our system facilities. You will direct callers, monitor alarms and respond to Emergency/STAT situations in line with policy.

Hours are typically 2pm-10pm, with onboarding earlier in the day. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably two years in a hospital or call center environment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer two years of hospital or call center experience.
