Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Calm demeanor in emergency or high-stress situations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn telecom systems.
• Attention to detail and accurate call routing.
• Familiarity with hospital departments and services.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Receives and routes calls to hospital departments, clinics, providers, and on-call staff.
• Initiates paging, overhead announcements, and emergency notifications per policy.
• Maintains on-call schedules and ensures correct personnel contact.
• Provides clear information to callers and maintains confidentiality.
• Documents calls and communications; supports after-hours and emergency cover.
• Works with teams across departments to ensure service excellence.
