Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate ACD telephone system for multiple OhioHealth hospitals using Amtelco.
• Direct callers to proper areas or departments and transfer patient information as needed.
• Answer patient information calls and dispatch to appropriate staff.
• Initiate emergency pages and announcements via pocket paging and PA systems.
• Assist on special projects and monitor security cameras for safety.
• Maintain daily on-call schedules and update on-call information as needed.
• Handle after-hours calls for clinical areas and hospice services.
• Participate in safety, quality, and efficiency-focused tasks as part of high reliability practices.
