The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with six months of customer service or call center experience preferred, and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in customer service preferred.
• Six months experience in an office and a call center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a computerized switchboard to process incoming calls and screens/distributes to the appropriate department.
• Monitors and dispatches responses to ensure safety for emergencies as needed.
• Performs duties as assigned and adheres to policies and procedures.
