Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and 6 months of customer service or call center experience; knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Exemption wage non-exempt; Starting wage $17.86/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in customer service preferred.
• Six months experience as an office and a call center environment preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a computerized switchboard to process incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or location.
• Screen and extend calls, including long-distance and conference calls as needed.
• Monitor and dispatch appropriate level of response to ensure patient and employee safety when necessary.
