Advocate Health Care is seeking a Nurse Aide to support daily patient care under RN supervision in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes accurate documentation in the EMR, timely communication of observations, and safe patient handling.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, valid Nurse Aide registration, and BLS. No prior healthcare experience is required, and certifications should be maintained as required by hospital policy.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or GED/HSED required.
• Nurse Aide certification and BLS within 45 days.
• No prior experience required.
• Good standing with the State Registry.

Responsabilités

• Assist RN with daily patient care activities (bathing, feeding, mobility) as directed.
• Record vital signs and patient data in EMR accurately.
• Perform rounds and communicate concerns to RN promptly.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes and organize patient rooms and belongings.
• Collect specimens and assist with point-of-care testing as directed.
