Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, hygiene, feeding, ambulation and transfers.
• Document vital signs, intake/output, and daily weights in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes; prepare rooms and patient belongings.
• Assist with patient positioning and skin care; ensure call light accessibility.
• Maintain nursing supply stock and assist with transporting trays and specimens.
