Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

The Senior role will engage hospital stakeholders, provide scientific information, and collaborate across a matrixed sales organization to achieve business success. The position requires a BA/BS, valid driver's license, willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight), and 5+ years of

Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated sales success in pharmaceutical/biotech.
3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.
Strong understanding of hospital decision-making, formulary processes and antimicrobial stewardship.

Responsibilities

Manage hospital relationships by engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state and approved product.
Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, and hospital staff using a customer engagement model.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success.
Travel as needed within assigned geography, including overnight trips.
