Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/medical sales experience.
• 3+ years calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with potential overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships – engaging clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs & priorities.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and other clinic personnel using customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage resources to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with Directors and cross-functional stakeholders to drive aligned execution.
• Participate in training and development programs while following industry and corporate policies.
