Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Hospital Account Specialty Representative to drive growth by engaging hospital stakeholders and delivering compelling product presentations. The role involves educating clinicians on product value, navigating formulary processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

The incumbent will travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, call on hospitals and health systems, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• 5+ years pharma/biotech sales experience
• 3+ years hospital/health system calling experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state and approved product
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, and hospital staff using customer engagement selling
• Utilize resources to optimize customer engagement across stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive aligned execution and business success
• Participate in training and development programs while adhering to company policies
