Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Hospital Representative in Severna Park, MD to engage key stakeholders in complex hospital accounts and IDNs. You will implement territory plans, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and work with cross-functional teams to drive formulary approvals and product uptake.

You will deliver clinical brand presentations, manage the territory budget, and ensure timely administrative tasks while adhering to corporate policies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 3+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Large account management or hospital/institutional experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Knowledge of formulary approvals and healthcare channels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPS to achieve goals.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Develop understanding of the health care delivery system within each account.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks and follow company policies.
