Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of hospice or related sales experience with a track record of growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with clinicians, facilities and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans to grow referrals across facilities, physicians, care-at-home providers and community agencies.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, payors, and community agencies to promote hospice services.
• Meet patients and families to discuss home care needs and manage expectations; document plans and follow up actions.
• Coordinate with Intake and care teams to ensure timely communication and high-quality patient care.
• Prepare monthly referral source reports and participate in marketing activities to educate providers.
