Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Area Vice President of Sales to lead and develop the sales team within a nationwide home care framework. You will drive growth, advocate for patients, and align with our mission to deliver Right Care at the Right Time in the Right Place.

This senior role reports to the President of Sales; travel up to 80% is required, and we emphasize collaboration, competitive compensation, onboarding, and advancement opportunities with benefits including medical, dental, and vision,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related health field.
• 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the health care industry.
• 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Registered Nurse RN is preferred.
• Demonstrates proven decision making, leadership, and financial management skills.
• Reliable transportation to perform job tasks.
• Up to 80% travel with overnight stay.

Responsibilities
